Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
